Bakersfield contractor gets jail for mortgage fraud
Primo Feliciano Jacquez, 37, has been sentenced to two years and four months in prison for mortgage fraud. Mr. Jacquez, a now former contractor, plead no contest to one count of grand theft by false pretenseĀ for taking $385,000 from investors in 2007.
The Kern County District Attorney’s Office prosecuted the case with Deputy District Attorney Gordon Isen, who is the head of theirĀ real estate fraud unit.
