DRE Lets Accused Realtor Off Easy

Although she was the subject of allegations of fraud and dishonest dealings – a quality most people don’t look for in a Realtor – the California Department of Real Estate (DRE) has made a deal with a former “Crisp and Cole” Realtor in Bakersfield.

In exchange for not contesting the above allegations, Jill Pinheiro gets to keep her real estate license, is subject to only a 30-day suspension, but that will be stayed for 2 years if she stays out of trouble.

Another Crisp and Cole Realtor agreed to a revocation of her license.

Less than 500 licenses were revoked in all of California in the last fiscal year.
