Reading the Ebook:
If you want to make use of Acrobat’s toolbar, scroll down to the bottom of the first page and hover your mouse there. When the gray navigation bar opens, click on the Adobe icon; it is the last icon on the right. This will open the Acrobat toolbar.
From there, you can take advantage of the Bookmarks that I have set up for the major sections at the front of the book as well as the chapters and their sections.
If you are having technical problems, such as getting an error message from your Adobe Acrobat Reader, please make a screen print of the window where the error is occurring, include your name and phone number and email me at CalREFraudReport@gmail.com with your questions. There is no direct phone support at this time.
