You are doing a great job on the blog, it is a great source for relevant articles.  I found out about your site from the Inland CA Appraisers Forum, which is a Yahoo Groups forum with a lot of like minded, honest and ethical appraisers from around the country.  I am sure there are other ICAAF members subscribing to your site.  We are all suffering from having to compete with unethical business practices within the industry, so thanks for helping to spread the word.
