I am available – on a limited basis – to provide expert consulting and litigation support on real estate fraud and related matters. This is a fee-based service that is coordinated with your legal team, whether you are a person or a corporate entity. My real estate expert consulting services are equally available to the following parties:

· Individuals
· Banks and other lending and financial institutions
· Third-party asset management companies
· Law enforcement and prosecuting agencies
· Investor groups

Subject matter for which I am qualified:

· Real estate fraud on a conventional property sale
· Fraud in the sale of an REO or short sale property (REO fraud, short sale  fraud)
· Disclosure disputes or other real estate contractual matters

· Property valuations and rent estimates.

My expert consulting services are not available pro bono (free) or on a contingency basis.

True expert consulting, including investigation, discovery and testimony, should be available to both plaintiffs and defendants. Because the spirit of expert witness consulting requires adherence to fact-gathering and objective analysis, it necessitates an unbiased, neutral approach to the evidence.
