Short Sales

June 19th, 2012 at 1:49pm

Short sales have come a long way in the past few years.

What was once a migraine-sized headache due to lack of streamlined processes by institutiona lenders is now, for the most part, streamlined. As a homeowner considering a short sale, you should be relieved to learn that under the care and guidance of a competent, honest real estate agent, the sale of your home can be completed, in most cases, in less than four months. The operative words, of course, are “competent” and “honest.”

If you live in Los Angeles or Ventura Counties and are interested in having me list your home as a short sale*, please send me an email with your name, property address and telephone number.

Monique Bryher, Real Estate Broker/Realtor®

* My short sales follow all lender guidelines, especially the requirement that the sale be arm’s-length.
